Hearthmakers Energy Cooperative is pleased to offer a one-day workshop, January 18, 2003 in Picton, Ontario. This workshop will provide those who are interested with an opportunity to develop informed strategies for supporting community participation in the development of wind energy in and a cooperatively owned wind farm in Prince Edward County.

ecoENERGY is an ecoACTION initiative developed by Natural Resources Canada. By using energy more efficiently, Canadians can reduce emissions produced through energy use and contribute to clean air, water and energy and a healthy environment for all Canadians. Hearthmakers delivers ecoENERGY under agreement with Green Communities Canada. ecoENERGY Initiatives help Canadians use energy more efficiently, boost renewable energy supplies and develop cleaner-energy technologies.
