OSEA Receives Further Funding from Trillium

The Ontario Trillium Foundation today announced additional funding for the Ontario Sustainable Energy Foundation. A grant of $445,000 to be paid over the next three years will cover the continuation of OSEA's work in the areas of education and community capacity building oriented to developing community-based sustainable energy initiatives and energy cooperatives throughout Ontario. By using energy more efficiently, Canadians can reduce emissions produced through energy use and contribute to clean air, water and energy and a healthy environment for all Canadians. Hearthmakers delivers ecoENERGY under agreement with Green Communities Canada. ecoENERGY Initiatives help Canadians use energy more efficiently, boost renewable energy supplies and develop cleaner-energy technologies.
